Just checking in. I filed in April '08 in California, was issued my NOA a week later and did my biometrics in May. My case still reads as pending on-line - anyone else still waiting from those dates, or did anyone get their card yet?

Thanks very much for the reply. Because of the reasonable amount of conflicting advice on the various forums, I thought I'd be safe rather than sorry, and got a couple of friends to do the letters anyway. Really wasn't a big deal, so seemed worth it. Your input greatly appreciated.
