    PRholder, what you mean, they might be looking at your file to pre-adjudicate? The date is last week, and the statement stills the same. So there will be another hard LUD? Or they pre-adjudicate, there will be another soft LUD? Thanks a lot

    Chad, yes, I am seeing date change, but the statement is old.. what does that mean, they are working on it?

    what is this pre-adjudication meaning? are they overworking themselves? I believe we need to get Fp for final 485 approval?

    Is that a LUD? Clarification I just saw the date changed, but the statement still says "on October, xx, 2007, we received..." Anything I need to do? Or tell the lawyer about it? I got the FP done while back, so I need to redo it? Thanks
