hi there can i ask you a question about the NSEERS process. By the time you went for NSEERS registration were u on B2 visa status. I also came from Bangladesh, I have over stayed over 10 years and right now married to a U.S. Citizen. Will the ICE allow me to do the registration for NSEERS. I haven't heard about this registration untill i got a letter from USCIS. Please help.... Thank so much.
