ok, spouse's also got approved today. Thank god no more endless waiting!! As for the approval email, it doesn't give any case specific details except saying case was approved on Oct 16th. There was another email today saying that card will be sent ASAP.

I didn't check. I haven't been checking my status online since July as EB2 for India went unavailable around that time. This approval email was totally out of blue -:) Good luck with your case!

Glad to share with you the news of my I-485 approval!! (EB2 India wth P/D of Mar '02) It was filed on Apr 13, '06. Approved today (Oct 16th). Spouse's not yet.
