Yes you will have to goto your nearest SSN office and show your SSN card which is saying Valid for work only.
You ask them to remove that clause since you are permanent resident now.
They will issue you new card with the same number in 5-10 days.
You will have to do your Physical Exam again. your vaccine and x-ray and some other stuff will work fine.
Yes you will have to do Blood work again too.
Physical cards are not forwarded by USPS. At the sametime Address Change by filling AR11 and Calling USCIS is not going to work for Physical card either.
You will have to goto your Local INS office and change the address there.
Take appointment via Infopass website and change the address...

If doctor is moved from there, i am not sure about that.
If you medical is more than a year old you will have to do it all again. because it is valid for one year only.

my case is approved and got cards too.
my wife's case had medical RFE i sent back the RFE information they received on 20th on this month.
There are 2 LUD changes after that on 24th and 25th.
still waiting for approval. We are planning for india trip...

I send back the medicals to my attorney on tuesday, she received on wed and forwarded to INS on the sameday. They received on Thursday. I got mail today saying they received RFE information..
Any idea How long it will take to get the approval now.
