Just answer every question truthfully as best as you can recollect and you'll be fine.

That's not a good idea, you could be denied entry into the US or later on your AOS could be denied, because your F-1 is a non-immigrant visa and once married your intention coming into the USA is to immigrate.

If you were flying into the US from abroad you just have to show the visa that's appropriate to the purpose of your trip.

Yes, you can have both a F-1 and B1-1 visa at the same time.
They are for different purposes.
To obtain a B-1 visa you have to return to your country of origin and apply at the US consulate.
