    Sept. 2003 I-140 Approved Finally

    Mine got approved too...!!! Finally mine got approved. On March 15th it got approved Notice Date is Sept 15th 2003. Category - EB3(Labor Subsititue). Thanks to all of you guys.

    Same here, I-140 is missing from phone system as well as the LUD got changed in APR 04 and then on 10/27(both for 140 and 485) No updates since then same message.. :(

    Congrats ash2K10. Could you post more details of your LCA-subsitute and your qualifications, as well as your Company size. My I-140 date is in Sept 2003 and 485 in first week of March. But no information on approvals, the LUD got chaged on 10/27. Thanks,

    No, it was changed. A friend of mine's I-485 got changed on 10/27 and his got approved yesterday (all including I-140 and I-485).
