Our cases were approved on the 15th and we got the letter in the mail on thursday....i would advise you to be patient...you will get it soon. In the meantime do take an appt. on Infopass. You have time....we are travelling much sooner on the 6th and i had the same concerns.

Yes, i was one of those that had LUD on 10/27.

I got the approval copy in the mail today..within 3 days.

We got our 140/485 approved on the 15th November (RD was 6/4, ND:6/7). I am still waiting for the approval notice to reach the attorney or me. I have, in the meantime take the infopass appointment at San Jose for the 30th November. Incidentally, we are booked for India trip on the 6th of...

I got my 140/485 approval on the 15th and the ND for us was 6/7/04. And, yes, its EB3 CSC concurrent.

I have no idea how to determine that but the fact is that they are still processing March and my 140 RD is June.....your guess is as good as mine:)

EB3, no RFE, no a straight one either! Yes, it is indeed EB3! And, my case was not a straight one either...i quit my sponsoring company before my labor got approved...ofcourse they were graceful enough to keep the process on. And, there was no RFE at any stage whatsoever.

I recieved the email stating my 140/485 got approved yesterday and am curious what am I supposed to do next besides waiting for the approval notices to arrive. My family is travelling to India on the 6th of December (tickets bought) and I would hate to re-schedule the trip..they do have valid...

Thanks for the response....do they stamp it at the initial immigration check or do they still send you for secondary immigration?

I have travelled once using my AP and have got one of the two copies stamped when i last returned to the US. It was stamped for a period of one year. Now, I am travelling again. My questions is: Has anyone used the stamped AP to come in the second time or do you use the second (unstamped copy)...

No Update Since the AP/EAD approval there has been no update. I am hoping that something soon happens on 140/AOS if the Pilot Program is still on and I am part of it.....will let you all know if anything happens.
