i too got a similar answer from USCIS about interim EAD, i talked to one CS Rep who told me that they are 2 weeks behind on the EAD cases

today i called my friend he filed EB2 for GC in march 2005 and he said that in august 3rd week he got his green card, i am confused how it is possible:confused: any one got lucky like that :)

I efiled for EAD renewal on Jul 4, 2008, today i called USCIS and got a response from one of their officers that i have to wait for 90 days from the filing date and then make a infopass at local office and request for an interim EAD, i mentioned that interim EAD is no longer issued for that she...

EAD renewal E-Filing - help please :) Guys, I have filed for EAD during the opportunity window of July 2007 (i.e 13 Aug 2007), can we do e-filing for renewing the EAD, also what supporting docs do i need to mail in other than I485 receipt and EAD copy. thanks

I called USICS to get clarification on the fee for all the blessed filers (Jul 2007 fiasco) and it seems that we have to pay $340 since the criteria is more based on how much we paid for 485 application if we pay the new fee then free renewals and for old fee filers $340 every renewal
