Update for those who are awaiting for EAD/AP from NSC I know one of my friend applied 485/765/131 on June 1st (RD) he didn't receive EAD/AP. He seems to be one among the first people who applied AOS. I do not want to disclose any other his details. Point is NSC is lazy not even approved/looked...

I got FP appointment for only my son but we both my spouse and I did not get. Is that normal? And the case status does not indicate regarding FP appointment. Again is that normal? EB2. PD: 02/21/2003. RD: 06/11/2007. ND: 06/26/2007 NSC, FP only for son recvd: 07/09/2007, appointment: 07/24/2007.

Its EB2, RIR, 45-day letter is received 01/05/06. replied 01/13/06. No NOF. Labor approved 07/25/06 but heard from lawyer on 08/03/06. Your case already approved, check with your lawyer.
