case status online still shows case is with CSC My case status still shows that my case is pending with CSC, does it mean that it will be transfered to NE in the future or CSC will continue to process?

Does any one still have thier 485 pending in california service center? My 485 was filed in April 2005 and online case status still shows that my case is pending with California service center. I thought every pending 485 was moved to Nebraska Service Center.

Hi If I use AP for re-entry does that change my H1 status? I have my h1 extension until Jan 2007 (8th year ext), will I be able to extend my 9th year extension?

Congratulations gcemail2004, So we are seeing April 140 approvals, that's good. Did you ever sent email query for your 140 and received reply saying your case will resume processing after name check clear.... something like that? Just trying to figure out if 140 and name check are related...

these recent 140 approvals mean that they passed name check? Is name check really have affect on 140?

Neilgc, You are not alone, several of us in same boat. My 140 ND April 20th, no word yet.

gimme_green, what's your category EB2 or EB3? have you done FP? If yes after FP did you receive any LUD on your 485?

If you had made email or phone enquiry, usually there will be one or two LUD's, did you made any such enquiries? that may explain for one or two LUD, but still you have one more additionally, not sure why.

any update on LUD Guys who had LUD last week, got any further update? Please share.

why do they wait for retrogression date? and that date is not too far, just right from tomorrow, if that's the case, let's hope we will start seeing some thing happening for 140 cases starting 1st week of july.
