    Got stamping done on April 15th in SFO. The online message says "fingerprints received etc etc". Will I get some information if I call up customer service?

    I sent a snail mail in Feb first week and got a response in march first week that my name check is completed. I have a feeling they will reply only if name checks are completed.

    What is oversees checks? This is something new I am hearing about. I thought detailed review was name check. So does deatiled review means oversees checks also?
