Irs You can file tax for your wife in usa ( if she is not with you also). You can apply as depenedent.

Akhil.. Call vsc and ask them for name check is cleared on your case or not.They will ask your alien no. and they will be able to tell you. I got the + ve resposnse . Think you have to wait for visa .. Wish you good luck..
