need some help/guidance. my sister is on green card for 1 year now and just got a job to work for the usaid overseas. she is very worried as one of the requirements for applying for the citizenship is being physically present in the us for 5 years with no trips of 6 months or more...

Need help on RFE
that seems very strange. don't think rfe should take 20 days. i received mine within a week and sent response back and got lud following week confirming they got my response. check my signature to see my timelines for rfe.

i did what you advised: searched the right representative and contacted his office just now. they told me that there is indeed a procedure for uscis inquiries and that i need to send them a letter, which i will be drafting tonight.
