AAO rejects my appeal My 140 appeal with AAO got rejected. As they reaffirmed that even in EB3 case the experience has to be post baccacularate degree, since they said the labor certificate used the words "B.S plus 5 years progressive experience". Good luck to those who are still waiting...

LUD changed again to 10/12 for both 140 and 290B. Concerend what the result would be.

My 140 & 290B online message has been changed to "The case has been transfered to Laguna Nigel California Service Center", earlier the message was "The case has been transfered to local office in Washington DC". Could somebody tell me what is cooking here?. Thanks, findgc.

Morethan 17months EB# It is been more than 17 months for me, my 140(EB3) & 290B was sent to AAO in Jan 2005, no decisions yet.

My 140&290B LUD also got changed to 7/22, will update if any further changes.

Same here, my 140&290B LUD has been changed to 07/08 and no change in message, hope they allocated our cases for next week processing.

EB3 Transfered to AAO on 02/2005, 14 months so far, no updates yet.

What date is used as reference I have a question regarding AAO processing time, when they say it takes 15 months for EB3, does it mean 15 month is from the date in which the 290B is filed (RD) or the date in which the case has been forwarded to AAO?.
