    arsen098 Are you by any chance Georgian? :) Do not worry about it. I was away for 2 months but they could not care less about the POE. My lawyer said that one's stay should not exceed 3 months period.

    Thank you for your replies. I guess the only straightforward answer is: lines will always be blurry and vague until one becomes a US citizen, hence gets real rights :)
