Should we hurry to immigrate earlier than 6 month of visa expiration date?

I suppose that my Mom will not be able to afford car at all, so we even not consider it at all, even if she will save enough money for car, I don't think that it is that cruicial (of course if she always will be able to use public buses)

    Question about SSN&Green Card package

We received our visas without using affidavit of support. So I suppose there's no third party people who can be hurt because of our lacks. I read somewhere that if we will ever use welfare unemployment help (if Mom ever will receive ~$500 from U.S. government), then she will have huge problem...

Can you please make quick overview of kindergartens which could be available in U.S.?

Is there any official resources which show whether in our place is any free kindergartens? (in our case it is Salt Lake City) And is there any queue system in U.S. for kids in order to apply? (Because as I understand demand for free services is always high, isn't it?)

Should we hurry to immigrate earlier than 6 month of visa expiration date?

I don't really sure that my mom will be able to earn in Moscow, though currently in best case our situation allows us to earn $1,000-$2,000 per month reciprocally maximum. How much exactly it gonna cost, counting that 1BR apartment in salt lake is usually $600-$700 per month ($600*3=$1800?)...
