my I-129f and I-130 were approved back in july and i havent heard from the embassy yet does anyone know how long it normally takes as i am gettin worried about it all now.
any advice is appreciated.
my visa's were approved about 5 weeks ago now and im still waiting for my pack of information that they need from the embassy does anyone know how longs that normally takes?

my experience of the k3 so far is thus
it took 2 months exactly for both my I130 AND I129F to be approved, now we have to wait 5-8 months for it to be processed, im gonna miss my son's birth an first few months of his life due to this an i cannot enter the US because I am an impending...

from personal experience ESTA's are usually only refused on criminal record basis, I wouldnt lie on an official form especially where US customs is involved...
please note this is purely opinion
I currently waiting on my K3 visa an my lawyer has informed us NEVER to lie regarding visa's
and how do I answer that convincingly? We are working on my visa's an would never jeopardise that I just want to be there for the birth on my son, we wouldnt of hired a lawyer an spent $1000's already if we was goin to do anything stupid an risky surely that is evidence enough?
