Expect some delay for extended review
I have gone through this process. I was called for interview at Santa Ana office and approved in September 2006 and verbally told this. My file was then transferred to CSC for green card processing. It took me about 2 months to get the approval letter and...
Mostly it is update in online system
I have gone through interview, retrogression and then approval process for EB-3 application. Normally, after the approval, the file is transferred to CSC for further processing, and at that stage LUDs start showing up. However, in a few exception, there was...
Go to unscheduled finger print day
First of all, go to ASC and tell them about your situation. At times, they allow you to do the finger print without trouble if there are not many customers waiting for finger print. Or else, they may ask you to come on Friday or Wednesday for Unscheduled...

I think that the tide is about to take a turn
I think that Department of State (DOS) is simply stating that based on information they envisaged that demand from USCIS is lower than expected, so the movement in dates is faster than they anticipated. Uptill now, they have been pretty consistent...
Only EB3 is affected
Sorry there is no movement for EB1 and EB2, but EB3 moved in the latest report published on New Delhi Embassy. I assume no responsibility for the data, as I am simply reading from there.
Thanks
