I am so worried about time it takes at TSC for 485 approval. I filed my 485 last week. I thought because my PD is current, I will have my GC within a month or two. but now i think it might be wrong.

the fact is, Atlanta processing center is out of staff handful of people working there and they have no interest in opening those audit replies because its too much of work (u know americans) . so they just go after the new filings which is just 3 page form.

yes you can have multiple H-1 petitions approvals. its perfectly legal

It seems every VSC is transfering the petetions for premium processing to CSC. my renewal and transfer receipts both came from CSC,and both were filed at VSC. np_ut, you can start working with new company now.
