Yes, the waiting is finally over & I still can not believe it. Got bunch of automated emails this evening saying my cases have been approved..
It has been a long & painful waiting since June 2001.

You are right gccraver. My case was an employer-remand type. But I am sure my lawyers did not do anything special to make it happen. Becoz when we got the 3 option letter, they did tell me that going back to SESA under regular processing is the only option left to...

FYI, another case from my company got remanded to state on July 18th. So I am not sure of being the victim at the border!
Also, my lawyer informed me today that there is no decision on the AILA/DOL meeting yet. But there might be some major revamp of the procedures...
