In my case, I got a letter; which said somethign like "go to
an application support center" and submit your photos, fingerprint, signature etc".
I went in San Jose office and they did I-551; passport stamping.
They took away my I-94 and said I am done...

If you know that FBI has cleared your namecheck and you are EB1/EB2;
send a "begging-e-mail" to the INS' e-mail address (unless your ego stops
you from doing that) asking them to kindly look into your case.

I wrote an email to the Div-XII address and got a fast response from a
"Center Adjudications Officer".
The response is: "Adjudication should occur in 4-6 weeks"
That does not seem like an auomated response - right? I hope this

What is "Div XII, CSC"? Is that specific to some type of cases or people of some areas?
Can anybody send an email to them? Any restrictions?
