I am looking for a J-1, H-1 Radiation Oncologist for a position in
Oregon. Please e-mail your cv to me at celestet@celestetabriz.com
This job is still open!!!
The INS has made mean mistake in adjucating case of the the past few years, and this is the quickest way to catch and correct the errors before a final approval is made.
All J-1 waiver applicants should be careful not to file their waivers until after they have recieved their final IAP-66.
The reason is that a J-1 can loss their postions if the waiver is filed to soon.

apply for advance portal, before you go anywhere. One of the reasons that certain non-immigrants have so many problems returning is because they do not file advance portal.
This allows you to return to the U.S. in your same visa status
there are time limitations as to how long you can remain...
You can get a copy of your IAP-66 by writing the
exchange visitor sponsorship program at
P.O. Box 41673
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19101-1673
telephone number is 215-823-2121

At present time there are many problems with registering, to me it is obvious that the INS is aware that they have made many...
If you moved? you needed to do file form AR-11.
As for I- 824. I think that after 2 months it is time to file it.
The INS hates to act like postal workers and it could be lost forever.
you will not have any problems, you will be given a marriage cert
after you are married. you should wait a feew months after you are married to file any paper work with the INS and the documentation will be the basicis checking account home or apartment with both names etc...
Best wishes

So long as they have filed you paper work and it has been approved. Next Company B will need to grant you a leave of absence for those two weeks that you are on travel in...
