I have read few of ur forum and I believe we kind of like have a similar case.
I am quite in confusion .... My wife filed i 589 (we were not married then)got recommended approval and than we got married and after a month she got asylum approval. So technically I am eligible to apply for asylum cus we got married before asylum was granted. I have filed for i 730 on november and got biometric on Jan 31st ... Since we were not married during the time my wife she filed for her asylum my name is not listed in her i 589. Do you think I may face any difficulties because of that please let me know.
