gcard2002, Congratulations. I had my stamping done yesterday. I will be moving in three weeks, and I gave the officer our new address. He cancelled out the address on the notice, and asked us to write down the new address. You can ask your officer to do the same. Good luck

Thanks everyone. My priority date is (I am assuming) 29th August, 2001. This is when I filed my application with DOL. I did not file I-140 & I-485 together. Sandkit, congratulations to you. Hopefully, your wife's case will be approved soon.

Sandkit, We got the same letter. Infact, my wife called USCIS again as the notice had spelled her last name incorrectly. The rep said that wrong spelling isn't a problem. Also, the letter we got just tells us that they have asked Nebraska SC to resend the RFE again. This was the online update...

Sandkit, Once again, I have the same message as yours. We called USCIS on 21st regarding my wife's missing RFE, and we got the same update email this morning. I am hoping that the original RFE update was just a glitch and that there is no RFE at all. Lets see what this notice will say.

We got married before filing for Labor. I am sure that the Labor doesn't include 'spouse' information. If I am not wrong, I-140 app also doesn't include spousal information. You only indicate it at the I-485 stage.

Haven't received it yet. Haven't received my wife's RFE yet. My lawyer's paralegal said that she will call the 800 number after this Wednesday (14 days), but I am not optimistic. I am planning to respond to my RFE once I get all paperwork done, without waiting for the other notice.
