I guess the EB-3 Retrogression dates are official now (01/01/2005) and do we get I-485 approvals since most of our labour cases were filed after Jan 2002? (for EB3) Lets hope atleast for some days VSC will approve some cases. we need to watch approval cases on or after Jan 1,2005 for EB3 cases
