    LUD changed 3 times after FP

    i have exactly the same thing happening to me. LUD changed atleast 3 times including one today 11/15. I think something is cooking either approval or an RFE very soon.

    eb3 dates retrogression this should only impact who files 485 newly. As for people who already filed 485 under Eb3, will there will be an impact on the adjudication?

    FP on Paper with INK vs Digital

    I got FP done on ink and paper as the digital machine was not available when my turn came. Does anybody know if this slows down the FP delivery and check with FBI or it does not matter. I got FP done on 10/21 and so far did not receive any update on my case.
