Intent to deny I485 recieved Hello guys, I recieved a letter today which says "intent to deny 485" based on my 140 being denied on Jan 5-2005. It also says I have 30 dayts to furnish any additional information to change the intent to deny. My problem is, The 140 was applied for my wife...

well...i applied for 140 on sept 16'03 am planning to apply for 485/ead in a day or two..almost all papers are ready, hopefully should be in b4 end of month. what about u?

whats your case buddy? did u apply concurrenmt? for me 140 RD is 09/16/03....after a long wait for CP i am filinf 485 now.

It appears, that as long as the 485 is applied for, before the 140 is approved (along with 140 reciept) it would still be considered concurrent. whether it would be taken as a part of the pilot programme or not is now a question....look here http://www.faegre.com/articles/article_908.aspx

Ok..now i have had a series of blunders....a little scary, but might not be as bad. 1. I am on H4, wife on H1 2 I140 reciept date 09/16/03 California. At time of 140 application, dates were at July 18, so did not apply for 485/EAD The blunders, 1. Started a proprietary dba in wife's name...
