    You may proceed for the Blanket L-1 stamping. However, I don't think you can enter the US until the completion of your 2 year home residency requirement. Maybe a good idea for you to check with an attorney.

    I first came to US on an L1-B visa and stayed here for 8 months. I then went back to my home country and came on an H1-B visa after 4 months. Will my L-1 stay count toward the 6 years of my H1-B stay?
