I had a FP on 3/16, and today I got a mail about the interview on 4/25. Unfortunately I can not go there on that date, I sent a mail to ask for changing date.
I have had a trouble. They are asking to bring my old (expired) passport as well as a current one. I think they want to check how long I...
I wonder if "in several" is correct. In some airports such as Chicago, there are
immigration gates of "US CITIZENS OR PERMANENT RESIDENTS", but in others, only "US CITIZENS"
I wonder if we can make a line in "US CITIZENS", although we are not CITIZENS.
That is good idea. Also everybody is wondering if passport stamps is required.
Probably USCIS has started " no-passport stamp program" recently.
Can you start the thread regarding passport stamps etc.?
I have never started a new thread.
I think your spouse called to National customer center don't you?
It is no use to call them because they do not know anything. It is just like MacDonald's clerk, they would answer with their manual.
You should talk with Vermont service center.
EricS knows that in detail...
Thanks, EricS
After approval, I needed to get a passport stamp, but wife did not. This difference should be caused by EAD. I did not obtain the EAD because I had H1B, but wife did.
USCIS keeps wife's picture for EAD, so no need to take a new picture.
She still has her I-94 even after her...
Same here. My spouse's 485 was approved yesterday, and today her card was ordered.
I, primary applicant, have been approved in April, and went to PS (passport stamp).
I don't know if she has to go to PS even after she will get her card.
I know some people had same experience, but I can not...
That letter said my wife's 485 had gone to the storage. They have to pull it back and review. It will take 30-60 days.
I faxed on Monday, and got a mail on Saturday. It was a good response, surprisingly.
It took 40 days for us to be approved after the notice. manib04 also
did same things...
Wife's 485 was reopened
My wife's I485 has been reopened finally.
I want to say thank you everyone, specially EricS' post really encouraged us.

Spouse I485 reopened
My spouse's I485 was finally reopened.
My I140 was denied once and reopened after the motion to reopen.
Ocasionally, spouse's I485 reopen is delayed after primary's reopen (At least 3 people, EricS, manib04 and our case)
If you are in same situation, I would suggest to...
Co
see signiture.
I have been concerned about my photograph.
I had my picture taken at bad camera shop. Background was supposed to
be white, but my picture was slightly dark.
