I would like to find out if they will approve a I-485 form if I have a criminal record. I also have a pardon.

I am interested in filing the I -130 and the I-485 forms for immigration to the U.S. but I'm not sure if I will be turned down or not. I have a criminal record from 1975 but I also have a pardon that I received about five years later and since then nothing. Does anyone know if that will effect...
