I am having a similar issue with my travel passport taking long to process. It was received on July 17, 2015 ,no biometrics date yet. I know you submitted the expedited form and got quick results. Do you mind sharing how you went about it because it says it must be an emergency. I am traveling on sept 17 2015 i already have tickets. I am freaking out, please advice on what you submitted.
