pending I 485 I dont know how much time it takes to file a WOM,,, cos i need the card in hand before Nov 1st. its 10 -11 more working days in sept before dates retrogress. so even i file it and get it to move i will still lose.

Hi, Under EB 2 India my priority date is current since aug 1st. I 485 was filed in oct 2005 - AC 21 used later on. Has anyone received any approvals between Sept- oct 2005. Third biometric done in july 08. Thanks booz

I think when u book ur ticket in India, its cheaper,,, or send money from here. travel agent usually asks for a copy of the passport incl visa stamp page. u can pick the date of journey from india to US and ask them to give u an open ticket. so the return will be valid upto 4 or 6 months...

dont think its possible airlines wont allow u to buy one way tickets for B2. Only thing u can do is to buyan open ticket valid for 4 months or so. hope this helps.

waiting for more than 120 days yes its a standard msg. After 60 days when we called they told us to wait another 30 days. we have been waiting for more than 120 days now. today i will call again to ncsc.

enroll quick enroll quickly so that u dont go out of status even for a day. kaplan has some english courses etc which are the cheapest ,,get it done quick though,,,even if you have to pay extra ,, time is more critical for u. use fax / express mail ..........

I second that The employer doesnt even bother to listen,, forget solving issues. We get abused by our rowdy patients at the chc, overworked and underpaid is my job description at work. Why would i hang in there once i get my green card ????? Offcourse i wont do something stupid to get fired...
