Wrong choice of words on my part. Yeah, she is coming to live with us. She got the GC in 2010 and then she was out of country for a few months but now she is going to be living in US.
Has anyone explored the Medicare buy in? How much does it cost?

We had out interview today. It was fairly straight forward. After seeing mine and my mom's id he asked 7-8 questions from I-485 and then said he will approve the case today and order the card. By the time I got home I already had an email saying card has been ordered.
As I understand if you are a citizen (not permanent resident) you can get the medicare after you are of certain age (I think 65). On the other hand if you are PR then you need those 40 credits.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
