I hope you are also checking with a lawyer simultaneously. At least get a quick opinion from a lawyer before the filing. NIW is pretty difficult. If I were you, I would also think about withdrawing the NIW application before moving forward with the other one.

srk, To my knowledge, I dont think there is any way to go via the eb2 route without reverting some of your steps. Why dont you start a new thread? Do you have any proof to show the clerical error? bbw

Any idea how long it takes to get the physical card after getting this message.

My case has also been updated with card ordered. Phew!! Both our cases were updated with yesterday's date for ordering the card.
