10/19/15 RFE (email notice) received on 10/22/15 asking to proof that applicant for I-485 is above poverty line which is not shown per USCIS RFE paper. Assets on initial I-864 shown real estate above $ 800,000.- and tax returns for last 3 years above $ 75K each year and only 3 in household.
10/23/15 Notification to resume case after evidence was received by USCIS
11/6/15 EAD application mailed to USCIS after info pass.
11/19/15 Letter received stating I-693 not received (medical paper got lost by USCIS) and not to do anything until further notice. In case of interview than to bring them in or if RFE is received to mail it at that time.
11/21/15 Notice date EAD received by USCIS
12/5/15 Notice EAD that same biometrics can and will be used for EAD
12/22/15 F1 denied and no reason given and waiting for Notice to be mailed but most likely due to AOS for green card and immigration intend shown. F1 denied due to application for I-485 and AOS showing intend to immigrate.
1/15/16 RFE I-130 case update notice per txt/email and awaiting what the request is for.
1/20/16 RFE requesting birth certificate not older than 1 year but we did mail one that at the time of applying was less then 1 year old. Further request was to proof parent is parent of child under 21 and that they live t same address, pictures and other proof to show parent/child relationship.
