Thanks for your wishes. Our Senators office helped me to get out of name check. They were very helpful. They did contineously checked with FBI and one fine day I got a letter from them saying FBI called them and said my nc was cleared. But this happen with in a month.

The senator's office sent out a mail saying FBI called and said my nc is cleared and was trasmitted to USCIS. Also, we called up USCIS and they also confirmed the receipt. I did not see any LUD recently.
