Hi basiek... This is Naveen. Am in the same boat as were you regarding J-1 Waiver from USCIS. I got favorable reco from Dept of State but nothing from USCIS after 6 weeks. The USCIS cannot find my name in their data base. How to solve this issue? Am in desperate need...Please help me...
