NO, When I went to talk to IO by taking the Info Pass, I asked if Name Check done and also if FP is required, since it was more thatn 15 months, since I did my last FP.

TSC is slowing Down... Dont see much approvals fdrom TSC. At work, many people from late 2002 getting approvals but they are from differnt Processing Centers.

Same experience with IO I had the same reply from the IO. In addition, she send an Email to TSC to expedite the process. Also, she has send us for FP as it was expired.

Take Infopass... Beside calling USCIS and getting wrong info, I suggest, you take Info Pass and meet an Immigration Officer in local USCIS Office to check on your Name Check.

Name Check Pending.... I called USCIS today and was told my Name Check is pending. Don't know that to do. Have called Lawyer's office, if they can help expedite the Case.
