    Sorry, it was 539 that we filed. Well it is I 539 that we filed , so we shouldn\'t include the H1 worker name as primary applicant for extension of status in 539???/\

    Thanks, but I have an approved H1 -my employer applied My employer filed I129 and I filed I539 along with it. I included my name as primary applicant in I539, so I have H1 and H4 and my dependants have H4, now should I ignore my H4????

    RFE Pretty confusing! Dont know what to do

    If you are talking about J1 waiver for physicians it takes about 10 days to get waiver approval from INS---from the day Dos forwards waiver to INS.
