Certifications are moving at a rapid pace but the sheer volume of cases is the drag. I believe, you still have quite a lot of time to wait. However, things can change when the proposed backlog reduction center gets established.

Mnhrdc, I agree with Titan01. Now in your case, the 750A might most likely be indicating a MS or BS+5. Now it remains to be seen whether DOL will interpret this as a MS+0 or BS+5. Your past experience is not relevant here, but the minimum requirement on 750A is. So keep your fingers...

Re: what about BS+0 YEARS exp cases remanded any idea? Seenu, You can ask your Attorney to request EDD to send the case back to DOL. DOL may then issue the 3-option letter. You can modify the LC requirements to BS+3 and resubmit. You can then hope for an approval as per the Carlson memo...

Re: Re: Employer-remanded cases Bhadri, If we are individually going to request Carlson to act on our case, then I think it would be necessary to give out the details such as case # and Company name. It is more personal approach and might work. The length definately needs to be...

Employer-remanded cases I have finally got out a draft of the letter to Carlson. For now, it is very verbose and requires more work to make it concise. I wanted to let you all know the current state the letter is in and hence this update. I have kept out the negative aspects of the LC...

Well, I cannot say that it is nice to see so many employer remanded cases, but nevertheless, we can say that there are some people who share the same pain. It just does not make sense for DOL to exclude the employer-remanded cases from the recent guidance. I propose we write a letter to ...
