I have a question about the processing after FP are done. Does the file get transfered to the local office for every one? The processing time for each city are different. Does priority date gives an idea as to when IL will be issued?
N400 instructions say that tickets that didnt result in an arrest need no mention. But anyway ... I would think if you can take certified copies you should to avoid any delays.... this is my personal opinion, I am not a lawyer.
I am in the same boat its been more than eight weeks and i have heard any thing from DOS... called and they gave the same reply that its still pending ... if u get any new plz let me know
i am in the same boat have not heard thing from the embassy.... i heard that the processing is done with in 6 to 8 weeks... but i guess this is not true...admin processing is a list of security clearance and it takes time as there are some many ppl againt a very small FBI staff who is handling this
