approved Finally I got the good news that my case got approved by DOL. My Lawyer told me that he got the approval from DOL on 04/10/03. My case is in EB2 category. Recieved by DOL - 02/03/03 See you guys on 140 & 485 forum and good luck to everyone waiting for approval.:)

At last I got this message - This case has been approved. On April 7, 2003, an approval notice was mailed.
