DOL Receipt Date is on 01/13/2002 I am a GC holder and my husband works for a small stable company in Bay Area. My sponsor does not help him much. I am just waiting for him to get his LC which atleast will give is some hopes. Any inputs as to how long we should wait? a year? Few months...
