Does anyone know how long it takes to get the new 10 years GC after you apply to remove the conditional GC? We applied in Feb 2017 and we haven't heard anything since then. Can we travel after the GC is expired? Thanks for the help

Did you mail by Fedex before April 30, 2001? If you did, show them your tracking number and Fedex receipt. I know a friend who did that and the officer took it as an evidence. However, I don't think filing date is your biggest problem. Your biggest problem will be your illegal entry.

did you apply your I-130 before april 01? if you did, you may be able to do the AOS here b/c you are protected under 245i

Just another observation, historically, F2A Mexico is always more than 1 year behind rest of the world. Mexico sometimes even falls behind more than 2 years However, they caught up fast in the recent visa bulletins. They are only behind by 4 months as of October 2010
