Came to Canada I-94 Issue: URGENT
I flew to Canada for landing purpose, the air line crew of Air Canada took away my I-94 while leaving the USA. I plan to stay in Canada for five days. Is it going to be a problem (surrendering I-94) while returning to USA? (I do have Advanced Parole)...

Ok how about this solution --- if anything happens (layoff??, God forbid) then start working for WALMART/SUBWAY just to pay the bills and look for a similar job. As soon as get a desent job, take that offer. Do you think there is a specific time limit...

So looks like, everything will go smooth; the only thing is SIMILAR is needed DURING the time when I-485 is being approved or DURING interview (if any). Am I correct?

So no need to leave the coutry of NOT out of status? In case EAD is used for let's say SUBWAY/WALMART job, will still I-485 remain pending/valid and eventually get green card? Can reniew EAD every year for this kind of job (just thinking about the worst...
Thanks so much Ginu. So you mean the only option is to find a similar job? Otherwise the person is out of status, right? How much time we have to find a similar job? Can't just use EAD and work for let's say Subway till getting a decent job?
