I've seen more than a few cases (in CSC) for parents where the case was approved without an interview. There is no approval of I-864 per se. It just goes to show whether your sponsor will be able to provide financial support for you or not. If USCIS finds something missing from your I-864 (like latest tax return), they would send you an RFE for that, or else, you can pretty much assume that your...

I presume tht ur ans to Is she a US citizn is Yes. U may file for AOS n EAD, but not the AP. Wth USCIS having sped up the processing speed of the AOS process recently, u may not even need an AP, or an EAD for tht matter. However, as Cherr mentioned, be prepared to ans sum ques at the interview...
