Why are you so patient with these idiots? Why do not you sue them? One year after descheduling your appointment and you did not hear from them . This is disgusting
 
Wow, you are patient. I was going nuts between when my IV was descheduled and when I got it. Have you tried going the congressman/senator route? It worked for me.
 
Thank you for your kind words , I am preparing the lawsuit , any advise on how to start ( through lawyer or my self ?)

Usually,
Assigned to: is a Federal district court judge ; Referred to: is a Magistrate judge

Usually, Magistrate judge handles the whole case and if the parties do not like the final ruling then you can appeal to Federal district judge to reconsider the ruling. This is good because if you there is only federal judge and you do not like the ruling of Federal judge then you go to appeals court which cost big money.
