Wrong name

I just get my workpermit under category of C 8. But my name was misplace eg. mix my middle name and last name so i dont have middle name anymore but two last name. I found out all the documents from INS state my name as (middle/last name, First name) too. How do i get to change my name as a correct way. Unfortunately, there is no immigration office in my area. Thanks alot.
