My wife's h4 was refused due to lack of orginal w2,tax returns, paystubs and now my wife is planning to attend this week for personal i/w .

Since i don't have my paystubs of my previous company, for first few months , I was thinking , whether she have to show all the paystubs which we have now

Or at first show only the past one year. if they ask, show the paystubs for the asked year?

or is it good to show all the paystubs at one time itself ?

I am worried , about it ?

Could somebody give me suggestion ?

You are talking about strategy when we dont know
1. what consulate you are talking about
2. What is the duration to which you dont have paystubs
w-2s are enough for past years.

Thanks Jaxen. Consulate is chennai. Missing paystubs of first few months of 2000, the year i came here, of my previous company. I joined my new company on Aug 2001. The previous company is closed due to lack of money.

So should she show all the paystubs at one time itself or when they ask for each year ? I am worried bcoz i am missing first few months paystubs.

Please give me suggestion !

W-2s till 2002 and 2003 recent paystubs are the initial docs required. If asked she can produce additional paystubs.
